Ordering & Dispatch

We cannot make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays. Nationwide delivery orders are dispatched via DPD or DHL Parcel UK on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for delivery Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Local deliveries are made on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, please see delivery option at checkout for more details on delivery days.

Non-UK Mainland Delivery Charges Please note the delivery charge quoted covers UK mainland only. If you require delivery to be made to non-mainland UK destinations in N.IRELAND, THE ISLE OF MAN, THE SCOTTISH ISLANDS, THE ISLES OF SCILLY, EIRE, or THE CHANNEL ISLANDS please contact us for a quotation. We regret that we are unable to send goods beyond the U.K .

Delivery
Nationwide orders are sent by overnight courier, and local delivery orders are delivered by our own van. If you have particular delivery instructions (‘Please leave in porch' for example) please advise us at the time of ordering. It is your duty to ensure that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept the delivery and that safe place instructions have been provided to us for your address.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery or to provide us with safe place instructions and that your house is clearly labelled with a number or name that can be read from the public highway, as well as providing adequate delivery instructions and a what3words address if your property is hard to fine, please be aware that our couriers are not able to call you for instructions prior to delivery.


Our deliveries are made with a 'leave safe' instruction, this means if you are not in, or able to answer the door our courier will leave the item safe at your address and take a photo. It is your responsibility to provide us with safe place instructions if you have a particular place you would like it left, otherwise the courier will leave it as safe as the possibly can. Once the delivery has been made and a proof of delivery (POD) taken, the goods become your responsibility and Mansion Farm Shop Ltd cannot be held responsible for items removed from your property after the delivery has been made.

Mansion Farm Shop Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage to fresh goods, which are not refrigerated or frozen upon receipt, or because you have rearranged the delivery day directly with the courier resulting in extended transit time, neither can we accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly or your house in not clearly identifiable with a name or number that can be read from the public highway.
Please note it is a requirement of the card processing company and courier that we have a telephone number at the delivery address.
Unless you are contacted by us to advise otherwise, your goods will be dispatched on the advised date and will normally be delivered the following day.
Please be aware you can track the exact location of your order during the day via the myDPD or DHL Parcel UK apps or for local deliveries via our Circuit Tracker app, you will receive automated messages to advise of delivery updates provided we have an accurate mobile telephone number and email address.
Delayed Courier Items

All our deliveries are made using temperature controlled boxes, these are designed and packaged to maintain a food safe temperature for a minimum of 48hrs at a 20c ambient temperature. As a result they are able to withstand delays in the courier network and if your parcel is delayed we advise you to take a temperature reading of the contents inside the box when it arrives. if the temperature is in excess of 8c please see our Refund & Complaints page for instructions of how to raise this with us.

Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on orders with a subtotal of £50 or more. This is calculated after all offers and discounts have been applied. The only exception to our free delivery policy is during or festive order dispatch window (19th-24th Dec). Remote areas of the UK such as Highlands & Islands incur an additional charge and the threshold for free delivery is £100.

Complaints Procedure
It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 2 working days, after this time period has elapsed we may be unable to consider complaints. We are unable to consider complaints regarding product quality if you have refused to accept a delivery.

Weights & Pack Sizes
All weights stated on the website are net weights, this means it does not include the packaging weight. Weights listed are minimum guaranteed weights and sometimes are slightly more than stated, we also reserve the right to average weights over multiple packs of the same item to create a total minimum net weight in line with your order.


Frozen & Fresh Items

All products on the website are clearly labelled as supplied fresh or frozen complete with storage instructions.


Nuts
All products are produced in nut environments and could possibly be contaminated with nuts.

Cancellations and Returns
We regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Consequently credit card authorization and payment will be taken upon placement of orders. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, we may require you to return the goods to receive reimbursement. Under very unusual circumstances we may agree to a cancellation if plenty of notice is given and products have not been specially made, in this event however we reserve the right to deduct a small admin fee from the refunded amount to cover the cost of the transaction fee charged to us by the card processing company and administration time of the refund.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address and home address. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order or to discuss a matter that might need some clarification. It is also required by the courier so that the driver can contact you if necessary.

How does The Mansion Farm protect customer information?
When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to our credit card authorization centre. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

What about "cookies"?
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to store items in your Shopping Basket. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that.

Will Mansion Farm Shop Ltd disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
